We’ve partnered with local businesses to offer a 28-day weight loss challenge. Everyone loves a challenge to focus on themselves and achieved their short term goals. Choose from a range of different plans which include group fitness classes, food, Pilates and massage.
You’ll kick off by catching up with your Health and Fitness Mentor Dan, to set goals and talk about a road map to get where you want to go. After the 28 days, we’ll get you back in for a post-challenge catch up. We’ll talk to you, in your language, about a plan to make sure you hold onto the new gains.
